foF2 - maximum frequency the current F2 layer will reflect.
foF1 - maximum frequency the current F1 layer will reflect.
N/A means there is no current layer. "p" is a "predicted* frequency".
foE - maximum frequency the current E layer will reflect.
fxI - max reflected frequency detected by the ionosonde.
foEs - Sporadic QSB if this number is near or above net frequency.
fmin - lowest frequency not absorbed by the D layer currently.
This data is part of the ionogram, and refreshes every 7.5 minutes, (when available).
It is useful to Net Control Operators before opening a net.
Moving a net after it has opened is a lot of work for everyone!
Other ways to check propagation are to check your own signal on an SDR before the net, or to ask for a signal report a few minutes before deciding where to open the net.
Post your decision in the QRZ Box before the net opens.
If conditions are poor, consider running a "directed net".
    * A predicted frequency is based on data over last few days. (See Gambit)
